Items take up to 7 business days to be processed for shipping. Then you should add the shipping time from the method you chose on top of that. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
If it is past 7 business days since you have placed order and you have not received a tracking number, please email email@example.com. In most cases there was an error in sending tracking number. If you have received a tracking number and have not received package, please check in with your local post office. Signatures are not required for package. If you live somewhere that if the package is left at door it may be stolen, we recommend arranging for the post office to hold package at your local office. We are not responsible for package once it is delivered.
